Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "User", "you") and Wing4D ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the Wing4D online betting and casino platform, accessible at wing4d.click and all associated sub-domains, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

Wing4D is an online entertainment and gambling platform designed for and marketed to adult players in Malaysia. The Platform offers sports betting, live casino games, 4D lottery, online slots, and related promotional services — all transacted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

By registering an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

Definitions

In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual member account created by a User upon successful registration with Wing4D.
• "Balance" means the total MYR funds held in a Member's Account at any given time, inclusive of deposited funds and credited bonus funds (where applicable).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a Member's Account pursuant to an active Wing4D promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required of all Members before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total cumulative betting turnover that must be completed before Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds.
• "Real Money Funds" means deposited MYR funds held in an Account, excluding any Bonus Funds.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which access to the Platform or participation in online gambling is illegal or otherwise restricted by applicable law.
• "Platform" means the Wing4D website at wing4d.click, all associated pages, mobile applications, and services offered thereunder.

Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Membership on Wing4D is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. This age restriction is non-negotiable and applies universally to all members, regardless of jurisdiction. By registering, you warrant that you are at least 21 years old.

Wing4D conducts mandatory age and identity verification as part of the KYC process. Any Account found to have been opened by an individual under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed. All deposits made to such an Account will be refunded to the original payment method, and any winnings generated will be forfeited in their entirety.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is designed and marketed primarily for players residing in Malaysia, including Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other Malaysian states. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform does not violate any laws in your jurisdiction. Wing4D expressly excludes liability for any Member who accesses the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

3.3 Mental Capacity

By registering, you confirm that you are of sound mind and full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. Persons who are aware that they have a gambling problem, or who are subject to a self-exclusion order from any gambling platform, are not eligible to register with Wing4D.

Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access the full services of the Wing4D Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian mobile number, and a valid email address. You must also create a secure password of your choosing.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may register and maintain only one Wing4D Account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using the name of another person — is strictly prohibited. Wing4D uses technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all duplicate accounts will be terminated and associated balances forfeited.

4.3 Accuracy of Information

You are obligated to maintain the accuracy of your Account information at all times. If any registered details change — including your email address, phone number, or bank account details — you must update your profile promptly. Wing4D is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.

4.4 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Wing4D login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, notify our support team immediately via live chat.

4.5 KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal request, Wing4D requires all Members to complete KYC verification. This requires submission of: (i) a valid government-issued photo ID such as Malaysian MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport; (ii) proof of current address such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months; and (iii) a selfie holding the submitted ID. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Wing4D accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards, and USDT/BTC cryptocurrency. Payment method availability may vary from time to time without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits are credited to your Account in MYR at the prevailing rate. Wing4D does not charge platform fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by fully KYC-verified Members. Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method previously used to deposit into the Account, or to a bank account registered in the Member's own name. Wing4D processes e-wallet withdrawals typically within 5–30 minutes and bank transfers within 30 minutes to several hours, subject to the receiving institution's processing schedule.

5.4 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and vary by payment method and VIP membership tier. Members are encouraged to review current limits within the Account dashboard. Wing4D reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

Wing4D offers various promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, the 288% Magnificent Welcome Bonus (maximum value MYR 2,880), reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game types, maximum bet amounts during bonus play, and expiry period are stated in each promotion's individual terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated period will result in automatic forfeiture of remaining Bonus Funds.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage betting across multiple accounts, or exploiting system errors to generate unfair bonus claims — is strictly prohibited. Wing4D employs automated detection systems to identify abusive bonus activity. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have their Bonus Funds forfeited and may be subject to account suspension.

6.4 Promotional Changes

Wing4D reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. Modifications will not retroactively affect Bonus Funds already credited to an Account at the time of the change, provided the Member continues to fulfil the associated wagering requirements.

Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

Wing4D reserves the right to decline, void, or limit any bet or series of bets at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — bets placed at erroneous odds, bets placed after an event has commenced (except for designated in-play markets), and bets that Wing4D reasonably suspects have been placed fraudulently or in contravention of these Terms.

7.2 Palpable Errors

In the event of a manifest or palpable error in the display of odds, line, or market information, Wing4D reserves the right to void any bets placed at erroneous odds and return stakes to the affected Members' Accounts. This right applies regardless of whether the relevant event has already been settled.

7.3 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled in accordance with the official result confirmed by the relevant governing body or official data provider. Wing4D's settlement decisions are final. In the event of a dispute, Wing4D's internal records will be used as the primary reference. Settlement times may vary depending on the sport or game type and the availability of official results.

7.4 System and Connection Issues

Wing4D is not liable for any losses arising from system failures, internet connectivity issues, or other technical disruptions on the Member's side during betting or gaming sessions. It is the Member's responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection before placing bets or joining live casino games.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Wing4D Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Account Balance, and reporting to relevant legal authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or under the identity of another person.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the Platform without human input.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Participating in, facilitating, or having advance knowledge of match-fixing or result manipulation in any event on which bets are offered.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform via VPN, proxy, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain rather than reporting them to Wing4D support.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward Wing4D staff or other members.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Wing4D Platform — including but not limited to the Wing4D brand name, logo, design elements, text, graphics, software, data feeds, promotional materials, and game content — is the exclusive intellectual property of Wing4D or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to: reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content; reverse-engineering or decompiling any Platform software; or using any Platform content for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Wing4D.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wing4D's total liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Wing4D expressly excludes liability for: (i) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses; (ii) loss of profits or revenue; (iii) loss of data; (iv) emotional distress or psychological harm resulting from gambling losses; or (v) any losses arising from events outside Wing4D's reasonable control, including acts of God, regulatory actions, or third-party service failures.

Wing4D makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Responsible Gambling

Wing4D is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all members. We provide a suite of player protection tools accessible from the Account dashboard, including deposit limits, loss limits, wagering limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

If you feel that your gambling habits are causing financial, social, or psychological harm, we strongly encourage you to use our self-exclusion tool, which can be activated immediately from your Account settings without any waiting period. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the selected exclusion period.

Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by Wing4D

Wing4D reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or where Wing4D determines in its sole discretion that continued access by the Member poses a risk to the Platform, other Members, or to regulatory compliance.

12.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an Account for Terms violations, Wing4D may forfeit some or all of the Account Balance, including Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds, at its discretion. Where termination is not related to Member fault, any remaining Real Money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be refunded to the Member's registered payment method.

12.3 Termination by Member

Members may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting Wing4D support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days. Any outstanding Real Money Balance will be paid out to the Member's registered withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute, you agree to first seek resolution through Wing4D's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team with full details of your complaint.

Wing4D undertakes to respond to formal complaints within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of Wing4D's internal process, you may escalate the matter through appropriate legal channels available in your jurisdiction. Wing4D's decisions on bet settlement and account management, where made in accordance with these Terms, are final and binding.

Amendments to These Terms

Wing4D reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, Wing4D will provide reasonable notice to Members via email or a prominent notice displayed on the Platform at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or to address security concerns.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
